Position Overview
Join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical sector, driving critical initiatives in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and broader digital transformation projects. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven approach, with a strong emphasis on ownership and delivery in a complex project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning, scheduling, testing, deployment to go-live.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure coordination and alignment between IT, business, operations, and laboratory workstreams.
- Schedule & Risk Management: Actively manage critical path activities, dependencies, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Accountability: Hold workstream leads and vendors accountable, challenge delays, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Executive Updates: Provide concise project reporting and updates to steering committees and senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise IT projects within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or regulated manufacturing sectors.
- Hands-on experience with MES and LIMS implementations.
- Strong understanding of project governance, critical path scheduling, dependency mapping, and risk management.
- Leadership style centered around accountability, with the capacity to challenge timelines and ensure team commitment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and business domains.
