Your Team

You will join a dynamic team of around 70 people where your role will ensure seamless design that enables efficient production and timely delivery of our products. We are a diverse team, rich in experiences and different personalities, all united to foster growth for both individuals and the company.

Your Mission

• Technical Authority on Projects: Take full technical responsibility for electromechanical products throughout the development cycle and during mass production.
• PCB Design: Create multilayer printed circuit boards while optimizing performance (impedance, signal isolation, RF) and adhering to mechanical and electrical constraints.
• Technical Solutions Development: Based on customer specifications, develop robust and economically viable technical solutions that meet electrical, thermal, and RF performance requirements.
• Requirements Management: Verify and manage customer requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and maintaining verification control documents (VCD).
• Technical Documentation: Write comprehensive technical documentation, including design descriptions, user manuals, test specifications, and manufacturing procedures.
• RF Simulations and Testing Management: Perform RF and EMI/EMC simulations to ensure signal integrity and conduct validation tests (measuring RF parameters: IL/RL).
• Technical Support and R&D: Contribute to defining the R&D roadmap for strategic electronic developments and provide technical support to sales and marketing teams.
• External Relationship Management: Ensure interfacing with clients and suppliers on technical aspects of products, managing discussions related to requirements, non-conformities, and waiver requests.
• Experience Capitalization: Integrate lessons learned into the continuous improvement of products and processes.

Your Background

• Education: Degree in electronics, mechatronics, or control systems (EPF, HES, Master's or equivalent).
• Professional Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in PCB design using Altium Designer and interdisciplinary engineering (in demanding applications such as aerospace, scientific instruments, military, etc.).
• Expertise in RF Simulation Tools: Mastery of RF simulation tools (Ansys HFSS, ADS) and RF measurement instruments (spectrum analyzers, IL/RL).
• Knowledge of Electromechanical System Design: Understanding of electromechanical system design and thermal management.
• Experience with National Instruments Hardware: Expertise in using National Instruments hardware and LabView.
• PCB Design Proficiency: Mastery of PCB design using Altium Designer or equivalent.
• Experience with Slip Ring Design: Understanding of slip ring design principles.
• Familiarity with Multiphysics Tools: Knowledge of multiphysics tools and signal transfer technologies (Ethernet, video).
• Reliability Analysis Expertise: Expertise in reliability analysis, thermal design, or vacuum technology.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to work in an organized manner, methodically analyzing complex problems.
• Flexibility and Creativity: Capability to adapt and creatively approach technical changes and challenges.
