Your Role

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Rigging and De-Rigging of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF, and LEAP engines for the test run, adhering to manufacturer's manuals.
• Conducting final engine test runs for the mentioned engine models as per the manufacturer's specifications.
• Performing Borescope inspections following test runs.
• Troubleshooting within the test cell environment.
• Ensuring timely execution and self-control of assigned tasks.
• Documenting activities in accordance with regulations.
• Continuously improving processes to enhance quality and reduce production costs.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A technical background in engine test cell operations or completed vocational training in relevant metal/mechanical fields (e.g., polymechanics, machine or automobile mechanics), with certifications in Borescope inspection and 2+ years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in inspection and maintenance tasks, demonstrating independence, precision, and a responsible work ethic.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities alongside effective communication skills.
• Comfort with a two-shift schedule, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
• A collaborative working style with a dedicated and open-minded approach.
• A heightened awareness of safety, quality, and cost efficiency in daily operations.
• Good command of MS Office and SAP, with English proficiency at B2 level; German language skills are an advantage.
