Your Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft engines (Pratt & Whitney 4000 & CFM56).
• Ensure technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with regulations.
• Deliver assigned work on time and uphold high-quality standards.
• Utilize Lean methods and promote continuous process improvement.
• Maintain a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
• Act with independence, efficiency, and cost-awareness.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive, or agricultural machinery mechanic.
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit, resilient, and flexible.
• High sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
• Proficient in English and German.
• Able to work in a 2-shift system.
