Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate engine parts and assemblies based on priorities to ensure smooth maintenance flow across all Centers of Excellence.
- Monitor workloads across reworking and inspection cells, setting timelines for parts throughout each workflow stage.
- Maintain communication with internal shop customers (CoE) and third-party customers to support efficient operations and issue resolution.
- Execute clarifications with customers and suppliers regarding technical, operational, and process-related matters.
- Define and manage the charging of specific working steps to customers in accordance with operational requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of shop processes to optimize quality, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality regulations while applying 5S principles to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Completed 3-4 years of technical apprenticeship with 2-4 years of experience in engine services, particularly PW4000 and CFM56 engines.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills in a technical or maintenance environment, along with being an open-minded, proactive team player.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Basic IT proficiency, including MS Office and SAP.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Flexible and willing to work in a two-shift operation environment.
