About the Opportunity

This position offers a chance to contribute to our Technology & Transformation consulting business through dynamic and collaborative efforts. You will play an essential role in crafting integrated marketing campaigns that enhance our consulting business's presence in Switzerland and support our strategic growth objectives.

By partnering closely with consulting leaders and subject matter experts, you will develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives focused on return on investment (ROI) that engage high-level business audiences while addressing crucial topics such as Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, sustainability, and strategic technology alliances.

Your collaboration with stakeholders across Switzerland, Europe, and our global network will be key in bringing effective go-to-market strategies to fruition and optimizing campaign performance through insights derived from data analysis.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead and execute significant go-to-market campaigns, providing strategic marketing guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives to achieve measurable impact.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, utilizing a comprehensive marketing mix to enhance awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Create compelling content for digital platforms, including websites, emails, social media, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Coordinate both online and in-person engagement activities such as events, webinars, and executive programs.
• Produce effective client marketing assets and sales enablement materials that communicate our value proposition clearly.
• Support campaigns targeted at senior executive audiences including C-suite decision-makers.
• Measure campaign performance, analyze ROI and client engagement metrics, and convert insights into actionable recommendations for sustained marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor competitive activities and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing our positioning.
• Work with marketing colleagues across Switzerland, Europe, and globally to share best practices and ensure consistent, high-quality campaigns.

Who We Are Looking For

• A relevant degree in marketing or related fields.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within a professional services firm.
• A proven track record of creating and executing integrated campaigns targeting senior business audiences across various marketing channels.
• Excellent project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with an ability to transform complex business themes into engaging content.
• An analytical mindset, with experience measuring campaign performance and utilizing data to refine marketing efforts.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and content management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, or similar) is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and either German or French.
