Manager / Senior Manager SAP S/4HANA Technical Transformation, Integration and Clean Core

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for an experienced professional with extensive expertise in SAP technical transformation, specifically focusing on S/4HANA solution design, integration, data replication, and Clean Core initiatives. This pivotal role involves spearheading and executing complex transformation programs within diverse multinational ERP landscapes while effectively bridging the gaps between business, functional, and technical teams. Your guidance will be essential for global delivery teams, overseeing every stage from assessment and planning to implementation and stabilization.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead technical transformation and upgrade programs: Manage technical assessments, readiness checks, impact analyses, retrofit strategies, risk strategies, test planning, cutover support, and delivery governance for SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Shape integration and data replication solutions: Design integration concepts between SAP and non-SAP systems, utilizing technologies such as SLT, SAP CPI, SAP PO, and more.
• Drive Clean Core decisions: Establish practical approaches for custom code and extensions while addressing RICEFW, Fiori, and other development needs.
• Lead finance transformation streams: Support S/4HANA Finance programs involving various financial topics including reconciliation, central payments, and tax reporting.
• Manage global teams: Oversee multidisciplinary teams of consultants and technical partners, ensuring quality through established guidelines and review processes.
• Bridge business and IT stakeholders: Align enterprise architects and program leadership across various ERP landscapes, creating clear decision materials and managing issues.
• Integrate innovation into SAP delivery: Assess the practical applications of SAP BTP, automation, analytics, and other SAP capabilities in real transformation contexts.
• Contribute to commercial growth: Involve in shaping solutions, effort estimations, and client presentations within the SAP operational framework.
• Strengthen thought leadership: Develop reusable assets and training materials on SAP technical transformation topics.

Preferred Skill Set

• Deep technical architecture expertise in SAP transformation.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades across various client environments.
• Strong technical design and problem-solving skills in SAP ABAP, Fiori, HANA, and cloud technologies.
• Proven capabilities in managing large, multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• A strategic mindset focused on Clean Core principles and SAP BTP capabilities.
• Experience managing commercial discussions and proposal preparations with clients.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills regarded as beneficial.
