Manager or Senior Manager US Accounting and Reporting Group

Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

Lead and conduct PCAOB integrated audits for Swiss-based multinational companies or their Swiss subsidiaries belonging to U.S. companies.
Audit spin-offs, disposals, opening balance sheets, and acquired businesses related to various business combinations.
Provide leadership and support for transaction-based projects requiring expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB, and SEC reporting, including comfort letters, agreed-upon procedures, and reviews of registration statements.
Deliver accounting advisory and SOX advisory services to non-audit clients.
Coach and mentor Swiss-based audit teams on technical US accounting, auditing, and reporting inquiries.
Conduct internal and external PCAOB/US GAAS training sessions.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of US GAAS/PCAOB and SEC requirements, along with US audit methodology, with familiarity in IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISA) as a beneficial addition.
5-10 years of recent integrated audit experience (PCAOB and US GAAP or PCAOB and IFRS), preferably within KPMG or another Big 4 firm, alongside a strong proficiency in researching accounting and auditing issues.
A U.S. CPA license or its equivalent.
Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
The capacity to deliver high-quality services within tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are considered advantageous.
