Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned LPG books while supporting the desk in maximizing profitability.
• Engage in trading that adheres to internal and external compliance standards, respecting trading mandates and risk policies.
• Identify and leverage LPG trading opportunities through both physical and financial strategies.
• Negotiate and formalize contracts with suppliers and customers.
• Monitor and analyze global LPG markets to devise informed trading strategies.
• Develop and sustain strong business relationships with suppliers and key counterparties.
• Conduct market research and create quantitative models to bolster trading decisions.
• Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and risk management policies.

Qualifications and Attributes

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in physical LPG trading and origination.
• Extensive knowledge of LPG infrastructure, end-users, supply contracts, and optimization models.
• A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with major NGL players.
• Capability to implement proprietary physical and hedging strategies effectively.
• Strong analytical skills for developing and executing robust trading strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English, with additional languages considered advantageous.
• A university degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with office suites and advanced programming skills (VBA, Python, C#) are favorable.
