Role Overview
As a member of our team located in Bad Zurzach, you will manage all local logistics aspects with a focus on efficiency and process improvement. This will involve the setup and continuous enhancement of warehouse operations, including stock level management, inventory checks, and all required logistics tasks in compliance with our policies.
Your Tasks
- Guarantee quality and safety of workmanship in accordance with applicable rules and regulations at all times.
- Execute and promote Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles to achieve all targets.
- Support the setup and continuous improvement of the local supply chain in alignment with the ramp-up plan.
- Pick and deliver materials according to provided dates, ensuring safe and secure transfers, both locally and inter-base.
- Ensure timely handling of goods (receipt, pick, pack, ship, system updates, etc.) as per data and policies.
- Support internal logistics to meet objectives and hold committed RTS dates.
- Ensure all required transfers are managed, monitored, and executed as needed.
Your Profile
- Apprenticeship as a technician or equivalent is required.
- Experience with SAP (MM/SD module) is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in general Supply Chain Management.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA Part 145, etc.) is required.
- A self-disciplined and consistent personality is essential.
- A communicative team player with a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrates a high level of personal accountability and attention to detail.
- Experience in an international work environment across multiple cultures and locations.
- English proficiency at B2 level and German at C1 level is required.
