Your Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure that Safety, Compliance, and Quality Policy is communicated and implemented within the Organization.
  • Ensure all elements of the (safety) Management System are properly implemented, maintained, and continuously improved by fulfilling all (safety) Management System-related duties and responsibilities as defined in MOE and SMS Manual.
  • Handle administrative transport processing of engines in cooperation with various internal departments and freight forwarders.
  • Prepare engines for international shipping and coordinate loading with freight forwarders and carriers.
  • Create export declarations in eDec and Transit Documents in Passar, managing both international and national transit documents and performing Import customs clearance.
  • Prepare and provide various delivery documents (CMR, Delivery Sheets, DGD, AWB).
  • Prepare dangerous goods declarations in air- and road transport (IATA, ADR, IMO), and serve as the contact person for technical enquiries on dangerous goods topics.
  • Act as the contact person for internal enquiries on forwarding-related topics, as well as for customs authorities, drivers, and partners.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of goods with our logistics department in Belgrade.
  • Prepare KPI Reports.

Your Profile

  • Knowledge as a forwarding agent or customs clearance agent (import and export).
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
  • Ability to work independently, precisely, and autonomously.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Teams and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Fastlog/Edec, Passar, and Dangerous Goods Programs will be an advantage.
