Your Impact
As we build the Audi Revolut F1 Team, we offer a dynamic opportunity to influence our Live Marketing Operations. If you possess expertise in project and asset management, particularly within sports or entertainment, and thrive in high-pressure environments, this is your chance to contribute to an elite F1 team.
Your Role
- Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of Live Marketing Operations and marketing assets for on-track and off-track events, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Manage and deploy marketing assets (e.g., showcars, simulators, and display elements) on behalf of the team and its partners.
- Prepare and manage freight packing lists for global logistics.
- Assist in logistics management for Team Hospitality and Paddock Club kits.
- Prepare and track financial and logistical documentation.
- Support factory events and hospitality operations as needed.
- Drive collaboration across teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years in project, asset, or event management.
- University degree in Project Management, Marketing/Communications, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Experience in global event logistics and understanding of premium brand environments; familiarity with Formula 1 is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing asset coordination and logistics.
- Exceptional project and event management skills.
- Understanding of procurement procedures, purchase orders, and invoicing processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
