About the Role
We are on the lookout for a skilled Live Experience Manager to create unforgettable experiences for our guests, partners, and team. This role is ideal for those who have a burning passion for motorsport, combined with expertise in event management and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Your Mission
- Plan and deliver world-class live experiences, including launch events, partner and media activations, driving experiences, and exclusive off-track hospitality.
- Manage all aspects of event production, including concept development, venue selection, guest management, execution, catering, digital integration, and logistics.
- Oversee operational execution to ensure seamless guest experiences from registration to post-event follow-up.
- Maintain and enhance brand identity and service standards aligned with Audi Revolut F1 Team.
- Incorporate digital and interactive elements to elevate engagement using cutting-edge technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges promptly to ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Continuously analyze performance and drive operational improvements.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest execution standards.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for events.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Contribute to on-track events as necessary.
Your Profile
- A university degree in Event Management, Marketing/Communications, Sports Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably within F1, motorsports, premium automotive, luxury, or sports sectors.
- Strong understanding of Formula 1 and motorsport culture, with experience in premium brand environments.
- Excellent project and event management skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with adaptability to high-pressure environments.
- Strong service mindset dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
