• Repair Duties:
  • Carry out repairs on leather goods and jewelry according to established standards and timelines.
  • Perform precise repairs using various techniques, ensuring accurate information recording.
  • Complete necessary training sessions within the Artisan community and earn certification badges.
• Quality Control and Performance:
  • Monitor the quality of repairs with a focus on efficiency and productivity targets.
• Spare Part and Equipment Management:
  • Contribute to evaluating and managing repair tools and spare parts inventory.
• Client-Centric Engagement:
  • Provide expert diagnoses and communicate technical information directly to clients.

Who You Are

• Possess a technical professional degree in craftsmanship, ideally focusing on leather goods or custom jewelry.
• Have extensive experience in leather finishing operations and repairs, along with jewelry expertise.
• Skilled in using a sewing machine for leather goods repair.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities with a strong service orientation.
• Exhibit strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Show meticulous attention to detail and a passion for quality luxury products.
• Able to work autonomously, while being a collaborative team player.
• Proficient in IT, or willing to learn; fluency in German and a good command of English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
