Your Role

This position will involve working closely on a one-to-one basis with a senior school student who has a neurodiverse learning profile. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing individualized support to help the student access the curriculum and engage in learning activities.
• Establishing a positive and supportive working relationship that fosters confidence and self-advocacy.
• Assisting in the development of organization, planning, and executive functioning skills.
• Promoting the student’s social and emotional well-being, and helping them navigate interpersonal situations.
• Collaborating with teachers and the Learning Support team to implement strategies that enhance learning.
