Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, and piece parts on schedule.
• Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts.
• Request and execute engine modifications.
• Control modifications and configurations on single parts and assemblies.
• Perform assigned work on time and ensure quality of work.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles, including Lean Events, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Continuously improve processes with the aim of enhancing quality and safety.
• Handle operating equipment in an environmentally conscious manner.
• Measure control of assemblies in their mounted condition.
• Ensure timely execution and self-control of performed orders.
• Document assigned activities in accordance with regulations.
• Conduct internal audits, such as 5S audits, and implement defined actions promptly.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably in metal, such as polymechanics, plant and equipment engineering, machine mechanics, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the aviation MRO industry.
• Authorization to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66 is preferred.
• Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends.
• Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly.
• Open-minded and dedicated team player with effective communication skills.
• High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP.
• Knowledge of the English language (level B1); knowledge of German is an advantage.
