Your Responsibilities

• Be the Face of ALBA: Represent our values with a warm, smiling, and professional demeanor while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Reliable Deliveries: Ensure prompt, accurate, and professional delivery of orders, including mise en place and other prepared items from our production kitchen to various locations.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude during interactions with customers during deliveries.
• Team Support: Assist restaurant operations when not on deliveries, including basic prep work, packaging, or supporting colleagues during service.
• Problem Solver: Exhibit a proactive approach to resolve challenges efficiently and maintain a seamless service experience.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure that orders are accurate, well-presented, and delivered on time, upholding ALBA’s high quality standards.
