Your Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join us as a part of our quality team. Responsibilities will include:

• Performing capability studies on critical processes.
• Supporting quality improvement initiatives, including CAPA and non‑conformance activities.
• Monitoring processes and analyzing operational data for optimization.
• Conducting first article inspections and maintaining visual aids.
• Preparing defect analysis reports and supporting MRB activities.
• Assisting with internal and external audits.
• Performing line and product audits.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting Quality Engineering in APQP.
• Following all safety, health, and security protocols.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should ideally possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or process engineering.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods, including SPC and capability studies.
• An understanding of CAPA, non-conformance processes, APQP, and audit methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• The ability to collaborate across various teams and communicate effectively.
• A high attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
• Compliance with established procedures and safety requirements.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Assistant Quality Supervisor.
