We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our dynamic team, starting immediately or as per arrangement.

Lead, mentor, and coordinate teams of designers and developers.
Implement AI solutions and applicable processes for the company, enhancing workflows, customer dialogues, marketing, and SEO-optimized content.
Design and develop engaging web and mobile interfaces.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Define and implement product strategies and pricing models.
Collaborate with business owners to guide strategic product decisions.
Support and take responsibility for planned expansion in the Middle East.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Product Owner in digital products.
Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, prototyping, and usability testing.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management.
Experience in the hospitality and tourism industry is essential.
Strong skills and experience in Generative AI (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Copy.ai, Write Sonic, Google Cloud, AI GitHub Copilot).
Ability to analyze business processes and contribute to pricing or strategic decisions.
Technical skills such as SQL, Python, Web3, or Cloud Computing are advantageous.
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of French is preferred, and Arabic is a plus.
Work experience in the Arab world is highly regarded.
