Key Responsibilities

  • Support key account managers in their account management and development duties.
  • Handle inquiries from commercial customers.
  • Manage ad-hoc assignments, including presentations and analyses for communication or decision-making purposes.
  • Coordinate sales activities and events in collaboration with B2B Marketing.
  • Represent the airline at B2B and B2C events.
  • Research market trends and best practices, developing your own summaries and conclusions.
  • Assume project responsibility for specific topic areas.
  • Plan, participate in, and document various meetings with internal and external stakeholders within the Joint Venture context.

What We're Looking For

  • HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master's students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in business administration or related fields.
  • A structured working approach, conceptual skills, and analytical thinking capacity.
  • A flair for communication and confidence with customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Teams and PowerPoint), as well as familiarity with AI-tools.
  • Very good command of spoken and written German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A swift grasp of essentials, initiative, and the ability to work in a team.
  • Industry knowledge is an advantage.
