Role Overview
As a key player, you will develop and manage our global distribution network, providing a unique opportunity to shape the brand’s commercial future and presence in major watch and luxury markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the international sales strategy in alignment with the brand’s positioning and growth objectives.
- Identify and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and agents in key markets.
- Manage existing partners and ensure performance through regular contact, training, and support.
- Represent Schwarz Etienne at trade shows, retailer events, and client presentations.
- Provide market intelligence and reporting to guide strategic decisions.
- Work closely with marketing and product development to ensure alignment between market needs and brand initiatives.
- Manage administrative duties such as sales forecasting, CRM maintenance, and reporting, ensuring accurate data to support planning and performance tracking.
- Achieve defined sales targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Profile & Qualifications
- Successful experience in international sales, preferably in luxury watchmaking.
- Proven track record of developing new markets and managing premium retail and distribution partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, result driven, with an understanding of competition and luxury retail dynamics.
- Adept at working in a small performing team environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
- Fluent in English and French.
