We are seeking a motivated intern to contribute to our credit control activities in Wallisellen/Zurich (Switzerland) related to the insurance business.

The Impact You Will Have

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the credit control operations, focusing on regions such as Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Bermuda. You will take on responsibilities within the team while also assisting Senior Credit Controllers with their daily tasks.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Credit Controllers with accounts receivable/payables settlements and collections in accordance with agreed terms.
  • Contribute to the performance of the credit control function, including account reconciliations.
  • Initiate payments through our Treasury Management System for our relevant regions.
  • Assist in fulfilling Finance Operation ART’s reporting requirements.

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex processes, including finance operations and data flows.
  • Proficiency in IT and office applications for effective data analysis.
  • A proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn while contributing to team success.
  • Fluent English language skills; German language skills are a plus.
  • Availability to start immediately for a full-time internship lasting at least 6 months.
  • A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its business applications is essential.

Further Information

  • Working hours: 41 hours/week.
  • Duration: at least 6 months (preferably longer).
