Your Mission
In the role of Interim Digital Marketing Manager in Real Estate, B2C Marketing, you will be pivotal in maintaining momentum across key projects and executing digital marketing campaigns for iconic brands including ImmoScout24, Homegate, and Flatfox. This position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to Switzerland’s most recognized real estate platforms while furthering our broader goals and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Planning & Execution: Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies across various channels for our products.
- Ad Operations: Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary assets for digital campaigns.
- Tracking & Reporting: Ensure proper analytics and tracking setups are in place, monitor campaign performance, and prepare insightful reports.
- Campaign Experiments: Assist in designing, executing, and analyzing marketing experiments in collaboration with internal experts.
- Analytics & Insights: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Tableau to assess performance and offer actionable recommendations.
- ATL Campaign Support: Aid in the planning and execution of cross-channel ATL campaigns, covering creative iterations with agencies and media rollout.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure messaging and branding consistency across all channels.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for familiarity with the real estate industry.
- Strong project management proficiency.
- Distinct analytical skills, especially with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
