Join Our Team to Develop Innovative Animal Care Technology

Are you passionate about transforming innovative ideas into impactful technology? We are looking for an expert in hardware electronics to support the creation and production of groundbreaking animal care technology products. You will be instrumental in enhancing product quality, reliability, and compliance while working with cross-functional teams across the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hardware modifications for both new and legacy products, including end-of-life (EOL) updates and design adjustments.
  • Drive excellence in design and manage new product introduction (NPI) procedures.
  • Conduct failure analysis and reliability testing on critical aspects of product design.
  • Act as a component engineer for both new and existing products.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards through validation testing.
  • Support global production facilities with technical expertise.
  • Prepare and present effective reports to peers and management.
  • Oversee adherence to safety standards and radio regulations.
  • Lead electronic engineering efforts during new product introduction and for legacy products.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of electronic design principles and design for manufacturing (DFM).
  • Experience in multidisciplinary product design.
  • Knowledge of global compliance regulations.
  • Expertise in electronics components, PCB/PCBA design, assembly processes, batteries, RF/IR testing methods, and automatic test equipment (ATE).
  • Proficiency in board design tools such as Altium or OrCAD.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Hebrew is a plus.
  • Experience in matrixed, global organizations and cross-cultural teams.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adept at problem-solving.
  • Strong proficiency in hardware systems, embedded interfaces, networks, instrumentation, debugging, and system-level integration.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Working knowledge of SQA and LabVIEW tools.
  • Experience with RF communication and connected smart products.
  • Background in complex multidisciplinary projects that require advanced technical expertise.
  • Experience collaborating with subcontractors, external vendors, and production teams.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes for testing equipment and prototype components.
