HR Service Advisory Role Overview
Our Pharma client in Visp is seeking an experienced professional to enhance their HR service delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the HR function while ensuring an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for service-related inquiries, managing HR requests from initiation to closure, ensuring efficient tracking and resolution.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving queries promptly and effectively, aiming to exceed expectations.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the organization's operational structure and key contacts to provide informed support.
- Assist in HR calendar events, such as Individual Development Plans (IDP) and bonus salary reviews, by providing ad-hoc support and advice.
- Utilize various HR and Payroll systems to assist in addressing customer inquiries.
- Relay customer feedback related to processes to Service Specialists and recommend new HR technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor key metrics related to HR Services & Solutions.
- Initiate updates in Workday as per defined processes.
- Advise HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and line managers proactively on essential HR procedures.
- Participate in local projects affecting Human Resources.
- Maintain an understanding of the roles across various HR teams within the company.
- Stay informed about HR policies and procedures to assist effectively.
- Promote the use of case management tools within HR, serving as a subject matter expert for related teams.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while prioritizing an excellent customer journey.
- Provide guidance on a wide range of vital HR processes.
- Engage in active collaboration on ad-hoc projects as needed, along with any additional job responsibilities.
Key Requirements
- Qualification as a “Personalfachfrau/-mann” or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills and a proactive, structured working approach.
- Strong work ethic and organizational resilience.
- Ability to navigate and operate effectively within a multicultural setting.
- Extensive experience (3-5 years) in HR administration or HR shared services.
- Fluency in German and Business English is essential.
