Position Overview
An exciting opportunity presents itself within the pharmaceutical sector located in Visp, inviting dynamic professionals to contribute to an esteemed organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for service-related inquiries, managing HR requests from initiation to closure while ensuring an exceptional user experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly resolving inquiries and challenges while consistently aiming to exceed expectations.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the business operations and structure, facilitating effective communication with key contacts.
- Provide ad-hoc support and guidance in the execution of various HR calendar events (e.g., IDP, Bonus salary review).
- Utilize multiple HR and Payroll systems to address customer queries efficiently.
- Capture and relay customer feedback regarding processes to the Service Specialist, proposing innovative HR technology solutions to enhance daily operations.
- Monitor essential HR Services & Solutions metrics for continuous improvement.
- Initiate necessary changes in the Workday system according to established processes.
- Proactively advise HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and line managers on best practices.
- Contribute to local projects that impact the Human Resources function.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of various HR roles and teams within the organization.
- Stay updated on HR policies and procedures to inform guidance provided.
- Encourage the utilization of the case tool within Human Resources, serving as the subject matter expert for other HR teams.
- Operate within service level agreements (SLAs) while prioritizing an excellent customer journey.
- Offer guidance on a diverse range of key HR processes while engaging in additional ad-hoc projects as necessitated by business needs.
Key Requirements
- Formal education as “Personalfachfrau/-mann” or a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with exceptional organizational skills and a proactive working approach.
- A solid work ethic and resilience in organizational challenges.
- Ability to navigate and operate effectively in a multicultural environment, understanding diverse cultural contexts.
- Demonstrated extensive experience (3-5 years) in HR administration or HR shared services.
- Fluency in German and Business English is essential.
