We are seeking an individual who will play a vital role in aligning our strategic goals with the needs of our team. This person will primarily support our technical team, focusing on attracting and developing talent while fostering an exceptional workplace culture.
Your Mission Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for leaders throughout the employee life cycle.
- Translate organizational objectives into effective people strategies and assist managers in operationalizing them.
- Drive workforce planning in line with our race calendar and development cycles.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to bring in top engineering and operational talent from around the globe.
- Work closely with frameworks tailored to high-pressure environments and spearhead learning and development initiatives.
- Maintain close cooperation within the HR department to ensure high-quality HR services.
- Coach leaders to enhance individual and team performance under tight deadlines.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, managing sensitive issues with discretion and promptness.
- Promote a high-performance culture that emphasizes collaboration, resilience, and well-being.
- Design and implement engagement initiatives to keep team morale high during demanding race seasons.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws across various jurisdictions, including Swiss labor law.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as cultural programs and performance management.
- Provide support for work permits and international travel arrangements.
- Utilize HR data to make informed decisions regarding team structure and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of motorsport dynamics.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Several years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Business Partner role.
- Experience in motorsport, elite sports, automotive, or high-tech environments is highly advantageous.
- Able to perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the management of shift-based or travel-intensive workforces.
- Proficient in digital HR tools, preferably SAP, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
