Role Overview

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the platforms and services that support our innovative ecosystem. You will guide a talented team of Product Managers who manage the digital foundation—from 2D/3D design systems to athlete data applications—enabling our teams of innovators, designers, and developers to create exceptional sportswear.

Your Mission

• Define Platform Vision & Strategy: Develop a compelling product vision and long-term strategy for the technologies that support our R&D and product creation processes.
• Inspire and Empower: Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment for exceptional solution delivery.
• Drive Platform Roadmap & Execution: Oversee the prioritization and execution of product roadmaps in partnership with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
• Champion User Insights: Deeply understand and advocate for the needs of users including innovators, designers, developers, and product managers.
• Foster Technical Innovation: Encourage a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, exploring new technologies and methodologies.
• Leverage Data for Impact: Utilize a data-driven approach to decision-making, tracking key metrics to guide investments and priorities.

Key Qualifications

• Proven Product Leadership: Over 10 years of experience in technology product management, focusing on foundational platforms and services.
• Strategic Platform Mindset: Ability to develop clear, actionable strategies that align technology with business needs and enhance user experiences.
• Domain Expertise: Familiarity with the product creation technology ecosystem, including experience with PLM systems, DAM, and creative software tools.
• Strong Technical Acumen: In-depth knowledge of modern product creation technologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering leaders.
• Inspirational People Leader: Passion for mentoring and developing high-performing product management teams in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional Communicator & Influencer: Powerful communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and strategies effectively across diverse audiences.
