Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive D365 F&O roadmap, aligning with the company's overarching business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on D365 F&O capabilities, best practices, and functionalities, particularly within the retail sector.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to the D365 ecosystem.
  • Evaluate and recommend new solutions and enhancements to existing systems.
• Solution Architecture & Design:
  • Lead the design and architecture of D365 F&O solutions to meet complex business needs.
  • Oversee the technical implementation, including system configuration, customizations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and performant, while defining and enforcing standards and best practices.
  • Provide knowledge on ISV solutions and their capabilities within the retail domain.
• Influence:
  • Mentor a team of D365 F&O functional consultants, fostering a high-performing team environment.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Project Delivery:
  • Oversee the delivery of D365 F&O projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and deadlines.
  • Proactively manage project risks and issues, ensuring a high standard of quality in deliverables.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions (AX, D365 F&O).
• A deep understanding of D365 F&O modules relevant to retail, including:
  • Retail & Commerce: POS, Store Management, Channel Management
  • Supply Chain Management: Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing
  • Finance: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
  • Manufacturing: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kanban
• A strong understanding of integration technologies and proven experience in integrating D365 F&O with other systems.
• Experience leading a team of functional consultants.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English, facilitating clear communication across global teams and promoting collaborative synergy.
