Your Contribution

We seek individuals equipped with extensive expertise in D365 F&O, particularly in retail implementations and integrations. This role is pivotal, requiring an exceptional communicator who can mentor D365 functional experts, engage with business stakeholders, and align technology solutions with our overarching business strategy.

Your Mission

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive D365 F&O roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on D365 F&O capabilities and best practices, particularly within the retail sector.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in the D365 ecosystem.
  • Evaluate and recommend new solutions and enhancements for existing systems.
• Solution Architecture & Design:
  • Lead the design and architecture of D365 F&O solutions to address complex business requirements.
  • Oversee the technical implementation of D365 F&O, including system configuration and integrations.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Define and enforce standards and best practices across the board.
• Influence:
  • Mentor a team of D365 F&O functional consultants to nurture talent and expertise.
  • Promote a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Project Delivery:
  • Oversee the successful delivery of D365 F&O projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Proactively manage project risks and issues.
  • Ensure that all projects are executed to a high quality standard.

Your Background

• Over 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, including AX and D365 F&O.
• In-depth understanding of D365 F&O modules relevant to retail, including Retail & Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies and experience with system integrations.
• Proven experience leading teams of functional consultants.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English, facilitating clear communication across global teams and fostering collaborative synergy.
