What You'll Do

Here, you'll find a dynamic work environment where your contributions are essential:

• Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring all elements—from leaking faucets to loose chairs—are in tip-top shape.
• Keep a watchful eye on our technical systems, ensuring everything operates smoothly.
• Coordinate with external contractors, managing all aspects of facility management.
• Assist with painting and silicone work when needed.
• Collaborate closely with our Corporate Office in Munich and work hand-in-hand with the housekeeping team.
• Oversee regular maintenance and safety checks in conjunction with our Maintenance Manager.
• Order necessary materials for your tasks, working in consultation with the hotel manager.

Who You Are

We're excited to meet someone like you:

• A true all-rounder with mechanical skills and technical understanding, preferably with a completed education in HVAC or electrical fields.
• A few years of relevant experience under your belt in a similar role.
• Capable of efficiently managing external service providers while maintaining a broad overview.
• Handy in various tasks, from painting to electrical and plumbing, and outstanding at finding solutions.
• Possess a confident demeanor, with a sense of humor, making work enjoyable.
• Flexible to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Fluent in German, with English proficiency being a plus for seamless communication with team members and international guests.
