Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless stay for guests within the property.
• Address specific guest requests in collaboration with reception and dining teams.
• Act as 'Lobby Ambassador,' representing management in their absence.
• Uphold the hotel’s quality standards and signature services.
• Communicate guest-specific requests to management.
• Contribute to the enhancement and development of hotel services.
• Build a network of local contacts to advise clients.
• Guarantee an exceptional client experience across all services offered, while promoting the wider Ultima group destinations.
• Adhere to established procedures within the establishment.

Qualifications

• A higher education qualification from a hospitality school and/or concierge school.
• Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language (Russian and/or Arabic) is an asset.
• Impeccable presentation and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive attitude.
• Thorough understanding of high-end client expectations and requirements.
• Versatile and available to cater to client needs.
• Able to manage priorities and urgent client requests effectively.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
