Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the seamless execution of guest stays within the property.
  • Address specific guest requests during their stay in collaboration with the reception and dining teams.
  • Act as a "Lobby Ambassador," representing management in their absence.
  • Maintain the hotel's quality standards and uphold the signature services of our collection.
  • Communicate any specific guest requests to management.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and development of hotel services.
  • Build a network of contacts within the local area to provide tailored recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure accountability for the overall guest experience across all offered services, while promoting other destinations in the Ultima group.
  • Apply current operational procedures effectively within the establishment.

Candidate Profile

  • Higher education qualification in hospitality or concierge management.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel sector.
  • Fluency in both French and English; proficiency in a third language (Russian and/or Arabic) is a plus.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive attitude.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the expectations and demands of high-end clientele.
  • Flexible and responsive to client needs.
  • Adept at managing priorities and urgent guest requests.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
