Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a global talent acquisition strategy to support business growth.
• Enhance and manage the global insourced recruiting model and operational framework.
• Advise senior leadership on recruiting strategies, hiring priorities, and labor market insights.
• Oversee recruitment targets in alignment with business needs, utilizing KPIs for strategic workforce planning.
• Continuously improve recruitment infrastructure, ensuring optimal user experiences on platforms such as Workday and various job boards.
• Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes to maintain high standards of quality for candidates and hiring managers.
• Drive transformation initiatives in talent acquisition, including adapting to technological advancements and industry trends.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts in close collaboration with the Procurement team.
• Account for the global recruiting budget in alignment with business goals.
• Provide guidance and training to hiring managers and local HR teams, ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• A university degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with over 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition.
• A strategic mindset capable of aligning talent acquisition initiatives with business objectives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
• Proven experience in designing and optimizing global talent acquisition processes and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills, with the capability to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making and enhancements.
• Deep understanding of modern recruiting technologies and digital talent acquisition trends.
• Excellent project and change management skills demonstrated through successful global initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, particularly in managing external vendors.
• Solid understanding of recruitment compliance and governance, balancing global consistency with local requirements.
• A growth mindset focused on innovation and improvement in candidate and hiring manager experiences.
