About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to contribute to a global Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory (FSQR) initiative in the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland. This position involves leading high-impact global FSQR projects and transformational programs across various regions and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global FSQR projects, managing their lifecycle from planning to execution, including risk management and stakeholder communication.
- Build and steer cross-functional, cross-regional teams to ensure the delivery of complex FSQR initiatives.
- Drive alignment between projects and the overarching FSQR strategy and corporate vision.
- Oversee and optimize the FSQR project portfolio, delivering key performance indicators and outcomes to executive leadership.
- Establish processes around Projects, Hygienic Design, and related risk management.
- Facilitate change management to ensure seamless global FSQR transitions.
- Act as a consultant on various global projects, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards.
- Train and develop global FSQR teams, embedding quality at all stages of project delivery.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in Food Engineering or Food Science, with no less than 5 years of experience in food safety, quality systems, and project/program management within the multinational food industry. A solid management background and expertise in Total Cost of Quality Management and hygienic design are essential.
