Your Role
- Lead high-impact global FSQR (Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory) projects and transformational programs across regions and functions.
- Manage the project lifecycle including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Build and guide cross-functional, cross-regional teams to deliver complex FSQR initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between projects and the broader FSQR strategy and corporate vision.
- Oversee and optimize the FSQR project portfolio, reporting KPIs and outcomes to executive leadership.
- Construct projects related to hygienic design and risk management.
- Facilitate change management for smooth global FSQR transitions.
- Serve as an FSQR consultant on diverse global projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Train and develop FSQR teams globally, embedding quality throughout all phases of business project delivery.
Our Requirements
Education & Professional Background
- Master’s degree in Food Engineering or Food Science.
- Over 5 years of experience in food safety, quality systems, and project/program management.
- Several years of experience in management.
- Proven track record managing FSQR projects within multinational food industry environments.
- Expertise in Total Cost of Quality Management and hygienic design.
- Experience in Performance Management and Continuous Improvement.

- Strategic project and portfolio management from conception to execution.
- Development, compliance, and performance tracking of FSQR processes.
- Advanced communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Change management experience across diverse cultures and time zones.
