Our Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division specializes in components essential for the precise control of plasma processes, vital for producing memory chips and touch screens found in smartphones and tablets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global commodity strategies, ensuring sourcing decisions align with NPI, R&D, and overall supply chain objectives.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment on cost models, RFQs, pricing strategies, and commercial contracts.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, focusing on supply risk mitigation, contract management, and optimizing total costs.
• Assess supplier capabilities and drive performance improvements through structured initiatives to lower total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Act as a senior escalation point for supplier and commodity-related matters, ensuring supply chain readiness for NPI and product transfers.

Desired Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience in commodity management, including negotiation and supplier development, with knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Proven experience in electrical assemblies manufacturing, with PCBA knowledge being a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with experience in developing and implementing comprehensive commodity strategies.
• Proficiency in English with strong presentation skills; German language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field is highly regarded.
