This hotel features 255 rooms, an array of retail, dining options, and a Convention Center with 17 meeting rooms and a hall accommodating up to 1,500 attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the guest experience through leadership and performance oversight of the Front Office department.
- Ensure exceptional service quality that aligns with Hyatt’s esteemed standards.
- Create seamless arrival and departure experiences to elevate guest satisfaction.
- Facilitate smooth daily operations at the hotel's core.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the Front Office team while managing resources effectively.
- Serve as a key interface between Guests, Operations, and Management.
- Stay updated with hospitality service trends and Hyatt brand standards to maintain an agile, professional, and guest-focused Front Office.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated strong Front Office leadership experience in hospitality, particularly within larger or complex hotel operations.
- A structured, hands-on leader with a genuine passion for service excellence.
- Fluency in both German and English.
