Qualifications & Competences

• Experience in luxury hotel front office operations.
• Proficient written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages (Russian, Italian, or French) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with hotel software such as «Protel» or «Protel Air» is preferred.
• A passion for delivering unparalleled service experiences.
• Ability to work in a structured and organized manner while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
• A collaborative spirit with a positive attitude, eager to assist colleagues and engage actively.
• Current student or intern at a recognized Swiss hotel management school, with a minimum internship duration of 12 months.

Tasks & Challenges

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized welcome to our international guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
• Oversee check-in and check-out processes while managing and coordinating reception administrative tasks in accordance with Chenot standards.
• Effectively handle guest complaints with professionalism and poise.
• Adhere to and enhance our established quality standards.
