Qualifications & Competences

• Initial experience in a front office role within the luxury hotel sector.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages such as Russian, Italian, or French are advantageous.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as "Protel" or "Protel Air" is preferred.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service with outstanding host qualities.
• Ability to maintain organization and composure in stressful situations.
• Team-oriented with an amiable personality, ready to assist colleagues and actively engage.
• Enrolled in a recognized Swiss hotel management school is acceptable; internships of a minimum of 12 months are welcome.

Tasks & Challenges

• Provide a warm welcome and personalized attention to our international guests, ensuring they have a memorable stay.
• Oversee check-in and check-out processes while managing and coordinating reception administrative activities in alignment with Chenot standards.
• Address and manage guest complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with and contribute to the development of our quality standards.
