With nearly 50 years of expertise in health, wellness, and luxury hospitality, we specialize in the renowned Chenot Method®, synergized with the Chenot diet, to promote detoxification and self-healing. Qualifications & Competences

• Initial experience in front office operations within the luxury hotel sector.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; additional language skills in Russian, Italian, or French are advantageous.
• Familiarity with hotel software, such as “Protel” or “Protel Air”, is preferred.
• Exceptional service skills: Passion for delivering the highest level of hospitality.
• Ability to maintain organization and structure, even in high-pressure situations.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, who actively supports colleagues.
• Currently enrolled at a recognized Swiss hotel management school; internship opportunities are available (minimum duration of 12 months).

Tasks & Challenges

• Provide a warm welcome and personalized care for our international guests, going above and beyond to enhance their experience.
• Manage check-in/check-out procedures and oversee administrative tasks at the reception in accordance with Chenot standards.
• Effectively address and resolve guest complaints professionally.
• Uphold and contribute to the development of our quality standards.
