Qualifications & Competences

• Previous experience in a front office role within the luxury hotel sector.
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages (Russian, Italian, or French) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with hotel software such as «Protel» or «Protel Air» is preferred.
• A passion for delivering top-tier service and hosting guests.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
• A student at a recognized Swiss hotel management school; internships of at least 12 months are welcome.

Tasks & Challenges

• Provide a warm welcome and personalized care for our international guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded during their stay.
• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures while coordinating administrative activities at reception in line with Chenot standards.
• Effectively manage guest concerns with professionalism and diligence.
• Maintain and enhance quality standards within the establishment.
