Qualifications & Competences

  • Experience in the front office of the luxury hotel industry.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages such as Russian, Italian, or French are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with hotel software, specifically «Protel» or «Protel Air» is preferred.
  • A passion for delivering top-level service and showcasing exceptional host qualities.
  • Ability to work in a structured and organized manner, demonstrating resilience in high-pressure situations.
  • A positive team player committed to collaboration and proactive support of colleagues.
  • Current student at a recognized Swiss hotel management school, with internships available for a minimum of 12 months.

Tasks & Challenges

  • Provide a warm welcome and attentive personal care to our diverse international guests, ensuring their experience is memorable.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes while coordinating and overseeing administrative tasks at the reception in line with Chenot standards.
  • Effectively manage and address guest complaints with professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our quality standards.
