Nestled at the base of the Swiss Alps, our establishment features 97 rooms and suites, complemented by a restaurant and a tea lounge. Our state-of-the-art medical spa spans 5,000 m², designed to support our comprehensive Chenot Detox programs.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Initial experience in the front office of a luxury hotel.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages such as Russian, Italian, or French is advantageous.
• Familiarity with hotel software like Protel or Protel Air is preferred.
• A passion for exceptional service and host qualities.
• Structured and organized work ethic; capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
• A positive team player who actively supports colleagues.
• Current enrollment in a recognized Swiss hotel management school; internship opportunities are available (minimum duration of 12 months).

Tasks & Challenges

• Provide a warm welcome and meticulous care to our international guests, anticipating their needs to enhance their experience.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process, alongside coordinating and overseeing administrative tasks at the reception in line with Chenot’s standards.
• Effectively handle guest complaints with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with and contribute to the development of quality standards.
