Qualifications & Competencies

• Prior experience in front office roles within the luxury hotel industry.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages such as Russian, Italian, or French is advantageous.
• Familiarity with hotel software such as "Protel" or "Protel Air" is preferred.
• A passion for delivering high-level service and exhibiting host qualities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• A proactive team player with a positive demeanor, willing to assist colleagues.
• Current student at a recognized Swiss hotel management school; internship options available for a minimum duration of 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and professional, personalized care to our international guests, anticipating their needs to ensure a memorable stay.
• Oversee check-in and check-out processes, along with coordinating and managing administrative activities at the reception in line with Chenot standards.
• Effectively handle guest complaints with professionalism.
• Adhere to and work on the enhancement of our quality standards.
