Key Responsibilities

• Enable strategic objectives by deepening the understanding of financial performance drivers and leading initiatives for revenue growth, cost savings, and cash flow improvements.
• Support decision-making and resource prioritization through detailed analysis, actionable insights, and comprehensive value stream assessments.
• Oversee standard finance processes, including actuals, forecasting, and planning, while providing additional business support as needed.
• Lead finance projects, including M&A activities and the development of business cases for growth.
• Collaborate with the global Finance Business Partnering team to foster investment effectiveness and operational efficiencies, maintaining compliance as a priority.
• Promote enabling technologies and agile working methodologies.
• Drive process standardization and simplification within finance deliverables.
• Balance business and finance interests, considering both short and long-term perspectives.
• Support talent development initiatives within the local finance organization.

Commercial Finance Focus

• Manage sales reporting and forecasting, monitor customer and product profitability, and segment markets and customers.
• Provide support for commercial contracts, including pricing and payment terms, and oversee dunning processes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with sales and manufacturing teams to effectively resolve complex customer issues.

Your Profile

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in controlling and finance business partnering.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, either direct or indirect.
• In-depth understanding of the entire value chain and familiarity with relevant markets.
• A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial curiosity.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships that promote collaboration and constructive challenges.
• Strong skills in inspiring and persuading stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• A structured approach to tasks complemented by strong analytical skills.
• Adept at communicating financial insights clearly and translating complex data into engaging business narratives.
• Experience in international, dynamic matrix organizations.
