Your Responsibilities

• Prepare transport documentation and manage international shipments related to customer orders and products.
• Ensure all documents, including invoices and export documents, are accurate and comply with international export regulations.
• Act as a key coordination point between internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient shipment organization, respecting confirmed shipping dates and transport instructions.
• Contribute to the smooth execution of global logistics operations by anticipating constraints, coordinating transport solutions, and ensuring compliance with export procedures.
• Organize transport for international exhibitions worldwide under ATA Carnet procedures.
• Coordinate and manage strategic imports using multimodal transport solutions (train, sea, air, and road).

Your Profile

• CFC d’employé de commerce or equivalent qualification.
• Export certification/brevet is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of E-DEC and Passar.
• Experience working with an ERP system.
• Proven experience in an import/export department.
• Experience with triangular trade flows.
• Familiarity with sales order management.
• Native French speaker, fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
