Your Contribution

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of GenAI applications by:

• Leading the design and implementation of GenAI applications using advanced software engineering practices, with a strong emphasis on agentic workflows.
• Setting high-level developer standards while ensuring stable operations, encompassing standards, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyzing technical trends in the field to drive innovation and ensuring smooth application functionality.
• Participating in or leading knowledge exchanges within the local AXA (Gen)AI Community.
• Communicating effectively with various stakeholders to foster user adoption.

Your Capabilities and Talents

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in the following areas:

• A Master or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Mathematics.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
• Proven expertise in building agentic workflows.
• Experience in understanding business challenges, designing solution approaches, and transforming them into tangible, measurable value in collaboration with a team.
• Familiarity with GenAI principles (e.g., Context Engineering, CoT, Agents) and frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph).
• A solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Strong experience in DevOps practices, particularly with Git Flow.
• High proficiency in Python programming.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs, with a good understanding of proxies, firewalls, gateways, and secure API communication.
