Role Overview

We are focused on becoming leaders in immunology across international markets, with Remibrutinib at the core of our ambitions. The role involves leading the end-to-end brand strategy, encapsulating vision development, orchestration, implementation, and evaluation of integrated Remibrutinib strategies across key international markets. This position emphasizes successful launch and growth, particularly in Germany, Japan, and China, while supporting the launches of Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) and Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU), among other lifecycle management projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • International Launch Strategy: Develop and implement the launch plan for assigned indications, ensuring alignment with asset strategy and corporate objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate a global cross-functional team to ensure seamless launch execution.
  • Launch Readiness: Assess readiness across core and priority markets, identifying risks and enabling mitigation plans for timely execution.
  • Insight Integration: Utilize market research and stakeholder feedback to refine positioning and tactical planning.
  • International-Local Partnership: Collaborate with regional and country teams to support in-market success.
  • Milestone Tracking & Governance: Define and track launch milestones and KPIs while ensuring timely decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate vision and strategic goals to senior leaders throughout the organization.
  • Compliance & Excellence: Uphold high standards of compliance and launch excellence in all activities.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside global development to influence product profiles and maximize commercialization potential for new indications.
  • Commercialization Excellence Initiatives: Drive best practices in customer engagement strategies and foster a customer-centric mindset.

Essential Requirements

  • 15+ years of commercial experience across various functions, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the commercial landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in launches and commercial leadership experience in core markets.
  • Extensive experience in immunology, particularly with dermatologists/allergists.
  • Expertise in high-performing brands or markets with a deep understanding of customer and patient behavior influences.
  • Proficient in translating scientific data into compelling brand value propositions for impactful launches.
  • Proven track record in collaboration across units and functional areas to achieve strategic targets.
