How You Can Make an Impact

• Engage in end-to-end projects within the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Space.
• Work on strategic design leading to technical implementation.
• Collaborate with renowned global technology providers to combine their solutions with our expertise.
• Participate in the design and implementation of innovative EPM solutions for financial planning, reporting, and consolidation, utilizing leading technology platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle).
• Analyze clients’ finance and controlling processes to determine the effective use of analytics and define key performance indicators (KPIs).

Who We Are Looking For

• A University degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in process consulting and EPM solutions.
• Proficient understanding of EPM processes, including enterprise reporting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of EPM processes with familiarity in various technological solutions.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally.
